Job description

• Converting leads to clients and assisting them to start trading.
• Maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone, chat and email.
• Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective and efficient manner.
• Providing proactive and excellent customer service to all clients at all times.
• Ensuring accurate and up to date information is recording in the company’s CRM.
• Providing information and training on the company’s products and trading systems.
• Achieving personal and company key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Interact and cooperate with colleagues across various departments.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures and compliance with the regulatory environment.

Key attributes:

• Previous experience in a similar role required.
• Target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• University degree in Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Business Management or related field.
• Knowledge of financial markets, including technical and fundamental analysis.
• Highly competitive with a desire for career progression.
• Money-driven, enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated.
• Customer support oriented.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a highly professional manner.
• Business fluency in English.
• Business fluency in French.
• Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
