Our story

In 2019, TIOmarkets Group launched TIOmarkets UK, a company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 06592025 and is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA license number 488900). An international business company was also registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines with registration number 24986.

In 2023, TIOmarkets CY was launched, a company registered in Cyprus with company registration number 399709, regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC license number 429/23) committed in servicing European and EEA residents.

The company was founded by a group of private investors who had extensive brokerage and trading experience. The idea was to deploy a multi-asset exchange built on block chain technology.

During 2019, we continued to learn, evolve and add more products to provide a more complete trading solution. This is when we decided to fully transition to the popular MT4 trading platforms. Due to their simplicity, better bridging solutions and greater access to liquidity providers. As a result, our pricing and execution speeds were greatly improved, which boosted the platform’s popularity and our reach continued to grow.
