Position Overview:
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns that support the company’s overall marketing strategy. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that our email communications are aligned with business goals, consistent with our brand, and deliver value to our subscribers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Create personalized strategies for various client segments to boost engagement and achieve better results.
- Develop automated workflows and email marketing funnels based on specific events.
- Craft clear, persuasive, and on-brand email copy.
- Review and proofread emails to ensure clarity, correct grammar, and accurate spelling.
- Coordinate the translation and localization of emails for a global, multilingual audience.
- Manage email lists, including cleaning and segmenting based on user attributes, behaviors, and website interactions.
- Ensure email templates align with branding guidelines and are optimized for mobile devices.
- Ensure all emails comply with industry standards and adhere to best practices.
- Generate reports to track, monitor, and analyze email marketing performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the team to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
- Holds a university degree.
- Demonstrated experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role with a strong focus on email marketing.
- Strong understanding and proficiency in email marketing and automation software (e.g. Hubspot)
- Strong knowledge of email marketing concepts and metrics, including sender score, deliverability, and sender reputation.
- Strong communication and writing skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Capable of working independently with initiative, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Practical experience with HTML is a plus
- Highly motivated self-starter with a positive, friendly attitude and a flexible approach.
