We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Conversion Agent (Malaysian Speaker) to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, providing them relevant information and support, while guiding them through the sales process. Your ability to communicate effectively in Malaysian, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored solutions will be essential in converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new trading clients from incoming leads.
  • Maintain regular and high-volume communication with clients through phone, chat, and email.
  • Effectively and efficiently promote the company’s products and services to potential clients.
  • Offer clients comprehensive training on the company’s products and trading systems.
  • Consistently meet the daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.
  • Consistently achieve the company’s key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Proactively follow up on customer inquiries and provide feedback, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensuring that all compliance obligations are met and aligned with the requirements of relevant authorities.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Malaysian being essential.
  • Prior experience is necessary.
  • Understanding of financial markets.
  • A strong competitive drive with a passion for rapid career growth.
  • Highly enthusiastic, dynamic, and self-motivated, with excellent sales skills.
  • Focused on delivering excellent customer support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Consistently deliver outstanding results and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a highly professional manner.
